Leaty Ready for Tioga Grand Finale There will be some format changes from the normal ROC races. Time trials will be held, and the fastest 12 drivers will redraw for starting positions in the feature event. The remaining drivers will go head to head in heat races with starting position determined by luck of the draw. Caution laps will count in the feature, and there will be a mandatory pit stop after lap 50. Jan Leaty will pilot the team’s Pace Electronics/Heluva Good Foods Pontiac in what is anticipated to be an exciting and long remembered salute to the legendary facility. Leaty has visited victory lane at Tioga 14 times, and he won the track championship for modifieds in 1989. Spectator gates will open at noon on Sunday, and the racing action will start at 2 pm.
